Publisher commitments

Internet AdSales has certain minimum service/support requirements that sites need to adhere to for them to be included in recommendations;

1. Update the site on a regular basis.
2. Load the campaign as required on the start date and end dates.
3. To either provide Internet AdSales with password protected stats to monitor the campaign or to send weekly stats reports timeously as required.
4. Offer Internet AdSales prominenet advert placements above the fold.
5. List Internet AdSales on the “Advertise” page of the website and allow for advertise here banners directed to IAS.
   
6. Prohibits using robots to generate fake ad impressions or click-throughs.

Should Internet AdSales bring a new client to The Site, this client remains Internet AdSales’ for any future bookings for as long as this agreement is in place.

Should The Site fail to fulfill any of the following obligations, IAS retains the right to cancel or suspend campaigns.
